Job Description:

  • Oversee contracts for cleaning, security, and other facility vendors.
  • Handle IT hardware setup, maintenance, and security compliance.
  • Track and maintain office assets like furniture and equipment.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for regional offices and support resource needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to align facilities with operational goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations, Business, Facility Management).
  • 3+ years of experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of facility and IT management basics.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
