Lead the integration and optimization of financial accounting systems and processes.
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and operational excellence.
Manage and oversee project management initiatives related to financial systems and processes.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Provide leadership and guidance to the financial accounting team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams and/or external consultants and auditors as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a Big Four accounting firm or a large consultancy group.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in project management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
