As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making within our client in an IT company. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose effective solutions. Your expertise will be essential in understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units, underwriters, claims, and finance teams, to identify and document business requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications to accurately capture and communicate business needs to development teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and provide guidance on process improvements.
- Analyze data, extract insights, and generate meaningful reports to support data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions that align with business requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Able to work on-site in Bandung.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experiences as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of tech-based business processes, products, and regulatory requirements, especially in banking industry
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process analysis, presenting, and proposing solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
