Job Description:
- Review Staffinc’s service performance for each project in the assigned area.
- Support project fulfillment, monitoring, management, training, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare regular reports on metrics, worker performance, and client progress.
- Build strong relationships with government officials, local communities, and act as Staffinc's representative when issues arise.
- Contribute to long-term growth by identifying expansion opportunities within the designated area.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Project Managers, and clients to address daily issues related to clients and workers.
- Participate in creating SOPs for each project.
- Regularly visit workers or clients for engagement and client relations programs, depending on the supervised area.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder and worker management.
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours for emergency cases (e.g., incidents, criminal cases).
- Good knowledge of the demographic, characteristics, and culture of the assigned area.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
