- Develop and structure M&A deals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

- Draft and review term sheets, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
3. Support Negotiation:
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of transactions with target companies.
- Provide expert advice and support to senior management during negotiation processes.
- Ensure all negotiations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Demonstrated experience in leading due diligence processes and financial evaluations.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
