Work Type: Contract

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating employee database records in HRIS and other systems.
  • Responsible for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, including insurance, BPJS, and other health benefits.
  • Handling general employment letters for employees.
  • Managing office purchasing related to People Ops and benefits, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Managing day to day office service.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as an intern in HR or people related is a plus.
