Responsible for maintaining and updating employee database records in HRIS and other systems.
Responsible for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, including insurance, BPJS, and other health benefits.
Handling general employment letters for employees.
Managing office purchasing related to People Ops and benefits, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials.
Managing day to day office service.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Google tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience as an intern in HR or people related is a plus.
