  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent Management: Support talent acquisition processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning. Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers through performance review processes, provide coaching on performance improvement, and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
  • Ad hoc Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational change and growth.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
