Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management: Support talent acquisition processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning. Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees.
Performance Management: Guide managers through performance review processes, provide coaching on performance improvement, and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous learning.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
Ad hoc Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational change and growth.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role is preferred
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
