  1. Employee Relations:
    • Provide day-to-day support for employee concerns, questions, and needs, escalating complex cases to senior HR as needed.
    • Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Promote a positive company culture by supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews 
  3. Talent Management:
    • Assist in managing performance review processes by coordinating reviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Provide administrative support for career development programs, promotions, and internal transfers.
  4. HR Compliance and Documentation:
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  5. Employee Engagement:
    • Support employee engagement programs, including event planning, pulse surveys, and feedback collection.
  6. HR Project Support:
    • Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing small-scale HR process enhancements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in  HR Generalist, Culture Engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
