Employee Relations:
Provide day-to-day support for employee concerns, questions, and needs, escalating complex cases to senior HR as needed.
Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive company culture by supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Talent Management:
Assist in managing performance review processes by coordinating reviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely completion.
Provide administrative support for career development programs, promotions, and internal transfers.
HR Compliance and Documentation:
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Support employee engagement programs, including event planning, pulse surveys, and feedback collection.
HR Project Support:
Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing small-scale HR process enhancements.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Culture Engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
