Job Description
Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients within the medium enterprise segment through both online tools and offline methods such as networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s solutions.
Offline Canvassing
- Conduct in-person canvassing activities, including visiting business districts, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities to identify and engage with potential leads.
- Build relationships on the spot and foster client interest through face-to-face engagement.
Outbound Prospecting
- Combine offline canvassing with targeted outbound sales activities to generate interest and secure initial meetings with potential clients.
- Effectively manage outbound campaigns to ensure high conversion rates.
Lead Nurturing and Meeting Coordination
- Maintain and nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-ups to move them through the sales funnel effectively.
- Secure and coordinate initial meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies to attract new leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads into the sales process.
- Track and report on all lead generation and canvassing activities, including the number of leads generated, meetings secured, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine canvassing and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Domiciled in Jakarta.
- Minimum educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on lead generation and offline canvassing, particularly within the medium to large company segment.
- Experience in BPO Outsourcing will be a plus.
- Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads, conducting successful canvassing activities, and converting leads into meetings or sales opportunities.
- Comfortable attending events and engaging with potential clients in person, with strong networking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Proactive, fast response and a good problem solver.
- Solid communication and stakeholders management skills.
- Self-starter, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
