Review staffinc services performance for every project in appointed area
Responsible for supporting project fulfillment, monitoring, managing, training and offboarding
Create regular reports related to metrics and what is happening in workers and clients
Build and execute engagement programs, especially for workers, such as building forums, creating program engagement, or actively conducting focus group discussions with workers to collect crucial on-the-ground insights, hold development discussions, provide meaningful redirection, and reinforce feedback in a psychologically safe and supportive manner.
Build a good relationship with government officials, local communities, and stakeholders related to them, and act as a Staffinc representative if any issue’s related to government, local communities, or stakeholders.
Contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization by identifying opportunities for expansion within the area.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, PMOs, or Clients for day-to-day escalated issues around clients and workers
Participate in creating a SOP for every project
Regularly visit workers or clients related to engagement programs or client relations, depending on score of the area they oversee.
Having a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales
Diploma degree
Experience in community development and initiatives (building forum, creating program engagement or events, etc)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills
Ability to work outside working hours if there are any cases (accidental, criminal or critical)
Good knowledge for demography, characteristics, and culture in the area responsibility
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
Having a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the specific industry or related field
Strong leadership skills and management abilities, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop workers
Willingness to travel as required, depending on scope of the area they oversee
