Job Descriptions:

Goods Flow Management

  • Oversee and execute the receiving process for incoming goods, ensuring alignment between physical items and supporting documents (PO/Delivery Order) in terms of quantity, type, and quality.

  • Supervise the goods issuing and dispatch process, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments according to orders and established SOPs

Stock Management & Layout

  • Organize stock placement in the warehouse systematically and efficiently, following FIFO principles or other defined storage standards.

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in line with K3/HSE standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor product condition and prevent damage or expiration.

Administration & Documentation

  • Accurately record and document all inbound and outbound stock movements in the designated system (e.g., WMS, ERP, or Excel).

  • Ensure completeness and proper filing of all warehouse-related documents (Delivery Orders, Stock Reports, etc.).

Inventory Control

  • Perform routine stock counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and ensure alignment between physical and system records.

  • Reconcile inventory data and promptly report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities as required.

  • Collaborate effectively with related departments (Purchasing, Sales, Logistics) to ensure smooth operational flow.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major (Industrial Engineering, management, Logistics, or a related field is preffered)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Staff, Warehouse Admin, or logistic/inventory role is preferred. 
  • Fresh graduates with relevant backgorund and high motivation are welcome to apply
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data recording and reporting
  • Understanding of basic Warehouse Management and Inventory Control principles (e.g., FIFO, Stock Opname)
  • Prior experience using WMS or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and focused on data accuracy.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Physically and mentally fit, and ready to work with physical mobility (standing, lifting, moving goods).
