Job Description:
Employee Development:
- Asses FM manpowers performance and quality
- Provide coaching
Training Program Design:
- Develop comprehensive training materials: manuals/modules related to FM soft services
- Implement training programs tailored to different skill levels
- Create and Maintain SOPs for various FM tasks
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate in-person workshops: including hands on training
- Conduct virtual learning sessions
- Lead induction/on-the-job training
Service Quality:
- Build success matrices
- Conduct quality and performance audits
- Monitor and training outcomes
Continuous Improvement:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Revise and improve training materials
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of training activities
- Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, training materials, safety standards
Projects Roll-Out preparation:
- Designing solutions for FM projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in FM, with at least 2 years in training role
- Strong knowledge of FM soft services; cleaning, security, etc
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, including SOP development
- Strong understanding of service quality standards and KPIs for performance evaluation
- Ability to design and implement learning modules
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage to learners
