Qualification:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR consulting or related roles, with a strong background in both operational and strategic HR functions.
Proven track record of managing client engagements, including experience in translating HR practices into commercial solutions.
Experience in leading and executing complex HR projects, such as talent management, organizational design, and employee development initiatives.
