Job Description:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Activate job postings on relevant platforms and maintain up-to-date listings
- Coordinate with recruiters for active job vacancies fulfilment
- Screen resumes to identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with users for further interview stages.
2. Employee Administration Assistance:
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of required data.
- Handle employee inquiries and support effective communication for HR-related matters.
3. Reporting
- Creating a weekly report based on both recruitment and employee management task, to ensure a well circulation of information
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in HR operations and recruitment. Prior internship or coursework in HR-related areas is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
