Job Description:
1. Employee Relations:
- Provide day-to-day support for employee concerns, questions, and needs, escalating complex cases to senior HR as needed
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive company culture by supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews
3. Talent Management:
- Assist in managing performance review processes by coordinating reviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely completion
- Provide administrative support for career development programs, promotions, and internal transfers.
4. HR Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
5. Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement programs, including event planning, pulse surveys, and feedback collection
6. HR Project Support:
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing small-scale HR process enhancements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
- Passionate and eager to learn
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and work independently
- Having experiences in organizations or internships
- Available for internship start from February 2025
