Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a hunter spirit mindset to seek outbound leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on client activities, including job orders, leads, existing jobs, and closing jobs through email, client chat, and phone to ensure smooth operations.
- Independently conduct canvassing to identify potential clients.
- Handle all client communications via calls, chats, and emails.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our client's products and workflows.
- Understand and articulate our client's unique selling proposition (USP).
- Identify market needs to generate and convert sales leads effectively.
- Maintain daily sales forecasts and strive to meet targets consistently.
- Convert leads into purchases by following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain positive interactions with clients and freelancers, ensuring a high level of service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 education with 1–3 years of B2B selling work experience.
- Highly motivated with a strong background in outbound sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focused on achieving work results and revenue targets.
- Experience in the start-up, agency, or related sectors is a plus.
