Project Planning
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce requirements and project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Project Monitoring and/or Execution
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed within the established timeline and budget, including end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefit and engagement process.
- Monitor project milestones and track progress, making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
Client Management
- Act as a single point of contact to the client, ensure client satisfaction, and manage client’s expectations by regularly communicate project progress, updates, and potential challenges to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients to achieve long term partnerships, including grow clients' performance, contract renewals, identify new opportunities, and upsell opportunities
Stakeholder Management
- Ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders
- Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, and resource assignment
Workers Management
- Act as a trusted partner to all workers/agents, ensuring all inquiries has completed, supervise workers/agents in their day-to-day work, and mediation for resolving conflicts and disputes.
- Maintain a strong relationship with all workers/agents by regularly communicate updates, opportunities, and any information regarding their needs to fulfilling their day-to-day work.
Requirements:
- Domiciled in Jakarta
- Proactive, fast response and a good problem solver.
- Solid communication and stakeholders management skills.
- Self-starter, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum educational background with bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university
- Freshgradutes are open to apply
- Excellent in Ms. Excel or GSheet.
- Had experience in account management (is a plus).
- Had experience in end-to-end recruitment process (is a plus).
- Basic knowledge in Compensation & benefit calculation and Labour Laws (is a plus).
- Had leadership experience (is a plus).
