KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Legal Associate, you will:
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including service agreements, vendor and client contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
Ensure that all contracts protect the company’s legal and commercial interests while supporting business objectives.
Maintain and manage a central repository of contract templates and executed agreements.
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
Provide day-to-day legal advice to operational, commercial, HR, and finance teams.
Analyze new business initiatives and provide proactive legal support to minimize risk.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company (especially employment, outsourcing, and data protection laws).
Corporate & Compliance Support
Prepare, review, and provide corporate documents required for tenders, licensing, and government submissions.
Support compliance programs, including data protection, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting.
Liaise with notaries, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities when needed.
Association Membership Administration
Manage and monitor Staffinc’s memberships with business or industry associations.
Prepare and submit periodic reports, renewal applications, and supporting documents required by such associations.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate data required for membership compliance or annual reporting.
Maintain a calendar of renewal deadlines and ensure timely submission to avoid penalties or suspension.
Documentation & Administration
Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation.
Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, company registrations, and other corporate filings.
Support internal policy development and review for alignment with regulatory frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
At least 1 year of experience in a legal, corporate, or law firm setting.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, commercial law, and employment regulations.
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) in Indonesia or has a strong interest in data privacy and cybersecurity law.
Experience working in outsourcing, manpower, or HR tech industries is a plus.
Familiarity with tender document preparation and vendor management processes.
