Manage the end-to-end tender administration process, including registration and submission.
Review tender invitations (Aanwijzing, RFP, RFQ) and prepare administrative requirements such as company profiles, licenses, and compliance documents.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all submission files, including technical and commercial proposals, by coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Business Development to gather the required documents and approvals.
1–3 years of experience in tender administration, procurement, or document control (preferably in outsourcing, facilities, or B2B industries).
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with tender portals (LPSE, e-procurement, e-bidding systems) and maintaining user credentials.
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-department teams.
