Staffinc is looking for an IT Sales Representative for our client in an IT Solution Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying Sales Opportunities:
    • Analyze the market and identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Product or Service Presentations:
    • Deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
    • Customize presentations to address specific needs and challenges of clients.
  • Product or Service Understanding:
    • Master the technical specifications of products or services.
    • Articulate the technical benefits of products or services to clients.
  • Quoting and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present technical quotations to clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
    • Address technical inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Regularly report sales outcomes.
    • Analyze sales performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Training and Education:
    • Conduct training sessions for the sales team or clients on products or services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and the latest product developments.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams:
    • Communicate effectively with internal development or technical teams.
    • Coordinate technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Set and achieve established sales targets.
    • Develop strategies to meet sales targets.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • 1-3 years of experiences in b2b sales for IT-related product and services.
  • Additional experiences as a Product Manager/IT Business Analyst is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in Central Jakarta
