Job Description:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing activities to attract new client prospects across Staffinc’s core business verticals
- Manage inbound lead generation through content, website, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts
- Conduct outbound initiatives such as email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and lead list building
- Organize or support offline and online events, including webinars, exhibitions, and private client events
- Handle and maintain CRM data integrity, lead tracking, and reporting
- Conduct initial screening calls with prospective clients to evaluate intent and qualify them as leads
- Work closely with BD and commercial teams to assist in closing deals, including preparing necessary documentation for tenders, vendor registration, and proposals
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Ops) to ensure smooth lead-to-client conversion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or commercial support role, preferably in a B2B or outsourcing/HR service industry
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comfortable in both inbound and outbound marketing tactics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to represent the company in screening calls and external discussions
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling tender and vendor registration processes
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
