Job Description:
1. Process Analysis & Mapping:
- Analyze existing HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Map current workflows and document processes using flowcharts and process maps.
- Develop clear documentation for both internal HR and HR service processes.
2. Continuous Improvement Implementation:
- Collaborate with internal team to design and implement solutions that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and track the progress of process improvements, ensuring adherence to set timelines and outcomes.
- Propose innovative tools and methods for process automation to reduce manual intervention.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards that provide insights into HR operational performance.
- Support HR teams in leveraging data to make informed decisions.
4. HR Service Optimization
- Participate in projects aimed at improving HR service operations, including client's project and service delivery efficiency.
- Gather feedback from HR service users and stakeholders to inform improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices across HR service offerings.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and work independently
- Having experiences in organizations or internships
- Available for internship start from February 2025
