Job Description:
- Maintain and update employee databases in the HRIS and internal system.
- Manage employee administration related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Handle general employment letters and documentation.
- Oversee and maintain employee assets.
- Manage day-to-day office-related tasks and requirements.
- Handle General Affairs responsibilities, including office supplies and facilities management.
- Manage monthly billing and invoicing for all People areas.
- Assist in various tasks and projects for the People Operations team.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of employee tools.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- Having experience in People Operations, HR Coordination, or as an HR Specialist is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Slack and Talenta
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
