Ensure all operational processes meet industry standards and ISO certifications.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
Experience with ISO standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
