Job Descriptions:
Process Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational processes.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Update documentation regularly to reflect any process changes or improvements.
Process Implementation and Audits:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are being implemented as documented.
  • Identify deviations and work with teams to address and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Prepare audit reports and track corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to propose and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing processes.
  • Conduct refreshment training sessions to ensure continued compliance and understanding.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all operational processes meet industry standards and ISO certifications.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze data related to process performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on process efficiency, audit results, and improvement projects.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ISO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
