Job Descriptions:
Process Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational processes.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Update documentation regularly to reflect any process changes or improvements.
Process Implementation and Audits:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are being implemented as documented.
- Identify deviations and work with teams to address and rectify any discrepancies.
- Prepare audit reports and track corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to propose and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing processes.
- Conduct refreshment training sessions to ensure continued compliance and understanding.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all operational processes meet industry standards and ISO certifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on process efficiency, audit results, and improvement projects.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Experience with ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
