Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams.
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans for recruitment improvements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess funnel performance and improve processes.
- Experience in managing budgets and team activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
