Rotation Program: Participate in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to different areas of the logistics and cargo business.
Operations Support: Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking shipments.
Supply Chain Management: Learn about inventory control, order processing, and supply chain optimization.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management: Support and lead small-scale projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational metrics and performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1 year prior experience: Previous internship or work experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
