Recruitment and Workforce Administration:
- Oversees the complete recruitment process, from posting job openings and reviewing applications to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Manages workforce administration tasks such as employee contracts, job assignments, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staff allocation.
Employee Records and Attendance Management:
- Maintains and updates employee records, including personal details, employment history, performance reviews, and any relevant certifications.
- Tracks employee attendance, leave balances, and absences, ensuring accurate records for payroll and compliance purposes.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensures that all HR practices and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepares and maintains comprehensive documentation, including employment contracts, policies, procedures, and other HR-related documents.
Client Invoicing and Reporting:
- Prepares and issues client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Generates regular reports on workforce metrics, project progress, and financial data to support decision-making and client communication.
Liaison and Coordination:
- Acts as a central point of contact between teams, employees, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Supports internal coordination by addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provides support in resolving operational issues and ensures that daily HR and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or work experience of 1-3 years’ experience
- Strong task management, data reporting, and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and HR tools
- Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and capable of handling multiple projects
- Prior experience in outsourcing project management
